The site delivers more than you might expect such as links to cool gear and tackle, discussion forums and a YouTube channel where you can watch and post your own fishing videos. Other tools to help you have a better day on the water include access to local weather radar, detailed lake maps, information on how to catch a specific species of fish or to purchase a fishing license online for any state in the country.

Their weekly feature, "Cappy's Blog — Stories from an American Angler", is a fun and insightful slice of Americana. Authored by Cast Across America co-founder Kirk B. Cahill, this blog has created quite a following with its escapist style depictions of an everyday angler's adventures fishing the lakes and streams of America.

Coming soon members will have the opportunity to join Cast Across America's exclusive "Lure of the Month Club," sure to be the leading direct mail lure club in the country.
